Dr. Ward is a biotechnology executive with deep expertise in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), and drug development. He served as EVP & Chief Development Officer at Reata Pharmaceuticals, where he led development of a portfolio of novel NRF2 activators across multiple stages of clinical development. Prior to Reata, he led development of ophthalmic pharmaceuticals and medical devices as Global Vice President of Pharmaceutical R&D at Bausch & Lomb.
